These terms govern your use of the Meridian Profit website (meridianprofit.com) and the services we provide. Meridian Profit is operated by Stefanos Asiklaris / Meridian Profit, based in Nicosia, Cyprus ("we", "us", "our"). By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. What we do

Meridian Profit is a data studio. We build data infrastructure and reporting for direct-to-consumer brands — consolidating scattered data sources into a governed warehouse and surfacing the metrics that matter. Specific deliverables, scope, timelines, and fees for any engagement are agreed in a separate written proposal or agreement.

2. The free profit teardown

Our free teardown is a short, non-binding overview based on your brand's publicly visible information and general industry patterns. It is offered as a starting point for discussion, not as a formal audit, financial analysis, or professional advice on which you should make business decisions. No obligation to purchase anything follows from booking or receiving a teardown.

3. Paid engagements

Any paid work we do together — including builds, the included AI query layer, and any ongoing retainer — is governed by a separate written agreement between us and the client, which will cover scope, timeline, fees, payment terms, data access, confidentiality, ownership of deliverables, and any warranties. These website terms do not, by themselves, constitute such an agreement.

4. Use of this website

You agree to use this site lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to it. You may not use the site to send spam, malware, or any harmful content. We may suspend or restrict access if these terms are breached.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, design, code, graphics, and the interactive demo — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share the site for personal or business evaluation, but you may not copy, reproduce, or reuse substantial parts of it without written permission.

6. Third-party services

This site uses third-party tools (for example, a scheduling provider and a form provider) to enable bookings and contact. Their use is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or content of those services.

7. Disclaimers

This site and any free materials (including the profit teardown) are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information provided is complete, accurate, or applicable to your specific business situation. Business, financial, and marketing decisions you make based on information from this site or a free teardown are your own responsibility.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of this site or any free materials. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability arising from your use of this site or any free materials is limited to $100. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited under Cyprus or EU law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
