- Business context — any notes you choose to share about your brand or its data.
- Booking data — scheduling information when you book a call through our scheduling provider.
- Basic technical data — standard information your browser sends, such as IP address and device or browser type, and any analytics data if enabled.
2. Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare your profit teardown.
- To schedule and hold our call.
- To provide and, where relevant, deliver our services.
- To operate and improve this website.
Our legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running our business.
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate:
- Our scheduling provider, Cal.com, to book calls.
- Our form provider, Formspree, to receive contact submissions.
- Our hosting provider, to serve this website.
These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.
4. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and client data only as long as needed to respond to you, deliver services, and meet legal or accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
5. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email stefanos@meridianprofit.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.
